Jonathan Charles Terra Rectangular Box

The Jonathan Charles Terra Rectangular Box combines natural materials with refined craftsmanship, creating an elegant decorative accessory with a clean, architectural presence. Crafted in richly figured ziricote veneers, the base showcases the striking depth, movement and tonal variation of the wood grain, bringing warmth and organic character to sophisticated interiors.

The lid is finished with exquisite hand-applied straw marquetry in natural tones, arranged in a radiating geometric pattern that introduces subtle texture and artisanal detail. Framed by a slim metal edge, the silhouette feels both structured and contemporary, balancing natural richness with tailored refinement.

Inside, a soft velvet-lined interior provides a luxurious finishing touch while offering practical storage for jewellery, keepsakes or everyday essentials. Thoughtfully designed with a balance of material beauty and functionality, the Terra Rectangular Box makes a sophisticated addition to dressing tables, desks, bedside settings and curated luxury interiors.

JC Modern

Eliminating unnecessary detailing doesn’t mean eliminating the perfect details. That’s what sets Jonathan Charles’ modern accents apart from others. Luxurious materials in the hands of craftsmen who have a discerning eye for line, curve, geometry and proportion are transformed into splendid signature pieces that uplift the environment in which they are placed. As opposed to much of the contemporary movement, modern style incorporates practical functionality and ease of use, especially welcome elements in today’s homes.
