Keiichi Horse Sculpture in Gold

The Keiichi Horse Sculpture in Gold is a striking decorative piece that reimagines the equestrian form through a contemporary, sculptural lens. Finished in a warm golden bronze, the horse is characterised by its clean silhouette and distinctive openwork detailing, where carefully placed cut-outs break up the solid form to create depth, rhythm, and visual lightness. This contrast between structure and void lends the piece a refined, architectural quality. Anchored by a Snow Plum marble base, with its soft, natural variation, the composition achieves a balanced interplay between warmth, texture, and modern design.

• Modern Equestrian Form – A refined, contemporary interpretation of the horse, combining strength with sculptural simplicity.

• Gold Bronze Finish – Warm metallic tone that introduces richness and elevates the overall presence of the piece.

• Sculptural Cut-Out Detailing – Open sections within the form that create dimension, contrast, and a sense of movement.

Place the sculpture on a mid-tone walnut or warm oak console to enhance the richness of the gold bronze finish. Pair with objects in honed travertine, warm white ceramics, or lightly veined marble to echo the softness of the Snow Plum base. Introduce accents in brushed brass or champagne-toned metal to create a cohesive palette, while incorporating a darker element—such as smoked glass or bronze vessels—to add contrast. Keep the surrounding arrangement restrained to allow the interplay of light across the openwork form to take focus, and position near a warm light source to accentuate the metallic finish and cast subtle shadows through the cut-out detailing.
