Mid-Century Walnut Side Table

The Garonne Lamp Table by Jonathan Charles has a modern mid-century air with its warm walnut veneer surface and base. Each is applied with a transparent lacquer that creates a polished sheen, highlighting the contrasting undertones of the veneers beneath.

French Modernist

The top and base of this walnut side table are connected by a series of open brass supports that grow larger as they ascend. This creates a smart and streamline look that nods to French Modernist furniture styles. The brass base is acid dipped and rubbed by hand to give a rich, natural patina that perfectly complements the walnut veneer.
